Horrible Customer Service

The room was decent. We liked the fact that it had 3 beds. For a one night stay not bad. Until we left. My youngest daughter got sick overnight and threw up. As to not just leave a huge mess for the cleaners my husband and I cleaned everything up. The next morning after check out I received a text that we would be charged a ridiculous amount for the towels we used to clean up. When I responded that I would not pay that amount I was told that per state they had to be thrown away because of bodily fluid....I don't believe they throw away every set of bed sheets with bodily fluid but ok. I stated if they wanted to charge an appropriate amount we could discuss that but she was unwilling to discuss it. We had left a bag of laundry and needed to come back and get it. We were first told she would give them to us, then we were informed she had family things to deal with so she would be leaving it outside with our names taped to the bag. When we got our things bag was taped to a garbage bag with the towels and a note stating we could take the "puke towels home and wash them". I could NOT believe the petty and unprofessionalism that this was. I am currently disputing the charge with my bank and will never return to such a rude motel. Absolutely ridiculous and so incredibly rude. Not to mention cowardly to leave the note and leave.

This was a totally self-service motel. You arrive, poke the last four of your phone number into a pad and a little mailbox opens with your keys. The check-in office was closed and you see no one. There are a few cars but no people or central gathering spot. Very odd indeed.

A surprise gem

I just needed a cheap, simple place to stay for a few nights for a local athletic event. My only real needs were a bed. But I was very happy with the room. The bed was perfect. The sheets and room and bathroom were very clean. It was well kept up. The lady at the front desk was perfect. She texted me with updates of when the room would be ready, and how to get my keys. She was very responsive and helpful. This is a little gem that I would definitely stay again.

We received a text on the morning we would arrive in St. George. The text gave a code and instructions for retrieving the key to our room. Also we were asked for the approximate arrival time and the make and color of our vehicle. Upon arriving in the late afternoon we followed the instructions from the morning text. Our room was clean and spacious. We had absolutely no contact with anyone on the premises.

Water was cold. Terrible traffic noise. Room was arranged so one bed was jammed in a corner. Nobody could see the TV. No receptionist so they harass you with texts asking when you will be there to check in and charged $25 for being 30 min late on checkout. NEVER STAY AGAIN.

Received text from staff early morning prior to check in requesting us to grab keys early in the morning. Wasn't possible as we were 2 hours north. Staff was rude and tried to guilt us into cutting our day short in the national park so she didn't have to stay waiting for us. I believe they were understaffed and over worked. All else about stay was ok.
