Employees were excellent to talk and deal with. My room was clean and ready on arrival. Maid service was friendly and as needed. Breakfast was acceptable, just your standard fare. Pool and area was clean.

Nice Hotel Bad WIFI

Hotel is a great and located conveniently in Hurricane. However the wifi service was pretty miserable. It seems to be a shared bandwidth so you couldn't get good service during peak hours and there was no option to buy higher bandwidth. If you need to get work done online not the best place for you.

On our first night, this is the first hotel we’ve been to where the pull out couch was not already made up. We had to make it ourselves when the lady at the front desk claimed this is their standard and refused to have someone help us. We also had to go downstairs for the pullout couch’s bedding. It was a stained bare mattress where we felt the crossbars all night, which was uncomfortable. This was a big disappointment given we were a party of 5. However, on our second night Josh was great. He was extremely accommodating and hospitable, super personable. He provided info on laundry and pool, and his demeanor was more of what we expected than what happened the first night.
