Good spot to stay outside of Zion. Room safe did not work which always brings a sense of security when traveling. Great Breakfast and friendly staff.

Not what I expected.

Arrived around 4pm check-in started at 3pm. The room that was first assigned to us, was not ready it was still being cleaned when walked in to the room. Actually the whole floor was not ready. Had to go back down to the lobby to get a different room. Bathtub of the new room had not been cleaned, it still had long strings of hairs in the floor drain. Ran out of hair conditioner and body wash. The body lotion felt and smelled expired.
