Smoke Smelling and Dirty

We booked a non-smoking room, which smelled terribly like smoke, had burn marks in the comforter, hairs on the floor, stains on the sheets and just overall not clean and quite stinky. We didn’t even stay, we tried to get a refund over the cleanliness issues, which we still haven’t gotten and then we left to book a different hotel. Don’t recommend. Go elsewhere.

This property sucked ass it stinks and there is bed bugs also the only hotel in st. George to charge an early check in fee. Especially for construction workers trying to get their food in a fridge

Staff are Excellent. Rooms need upgrades.

Staff were very friendly and adaptable (4 out of 5 stars overall). However, you will not feel safe staying here, and the conditions of the rooms are the worst I’ve seen, not just because of the flooding in multiple ground level rooms. Given this, the price was right and the staff were very understanding of my situation and tried their best to help out.

The sheets on one bed appeared dirty and stained. It also appeared that the cleaning staff were putting multiple bottom sheets on the beds for reasons I do not care to speculate on. The floors around the beds and nightstand were filthy and crusted with dust and dirt.
