Spit Llama on kaunis 1 812 neliön jalkainen koti, jossa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 3. 5 kylpyhuonetta. Fabulous place.

My brothers and I used the property as a base for visiting Zion and Bryce. We loved the house and wished we had more time in that specific area. We didn’t realize how much was in the area. We also wished we had more time in the house! It’s beautiful and had everything we needed.

Great location & amenities

We had a great stay, location was beautiful and we loved the amenities like pool and restaurant that delivered to our door. The layout of the home was great and worked great for our young kids. We did encounter a couple of problems with the cable & pool key fob but the management company was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation spot

This was a great place to stay, spacious, clean and furnished with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts. It was close and easy to get to Snow Canyon, Tuacahn and downtown St. George.

Beautiful Location

Rental was easy to find, very clean and comfortable. Only issues were outdoor furniture needed maintenance and the dryer did not work. Other than that, very pleasant stay.

Well equipped, nicely decorated, great amenities, convenient location. First floor patio could use some updated furniture, missing cushions, broken chair…. Not much of an issue for us as the second floor patio was perfect in the evening!

Nice place across from the pool

My family and I stayed here for the IM World Championship in May. The place was conveniently located and met our needs. Some things needed fixing, and the property management was prompt with their repairs (except for the cook light because they didn’t have a bulb). Many of the outdoor cushions were missing, and the carpet looks tired. There also wasn’t any oil or salt and pepper, so we had to stock the kitchen with those basic items. The upper deck is a great idea, but it’s awkward to get to it because you have to go through one of the bedrooms. But overall, it was a fine place to stay.

There are so many reasons to love this location... - 2 hours from Vegas - 45 minutes from Zion - immediate access to Snow Canyon (awesome!) - immediate access to Red Cliffs National Conservation area - Ledges golf course - the convenience of St. George - day trips wherever you want to go - swimming pool right outside your front door

Well done

As I told the owner the property and furnishings are excellent. Two problems 1. The lounge chairs at the pool are sadistic tools for pain. 2. As it seems with most rentals the video system requires myriad of steps that is annoying. However, the pool, pickle-ball courts, golf course that I walked to, electric bikes easily rented was terrific.

Great Locations!

We loved our stay at the Spitting Lama. The only reason we didn't give it five stars was that some of the cushions were missing from the back patio chairs. They must have blown away the week before. Great area, great amenities, & wonderful biking trails and Snow Canyon nearby. We loved being so close to the pool and pickle ball courts.

Wonderful and accommodating stay!

This was a great experience for my Family and I. Check in was easy, everything we needed was provided in the townhouse. The pool was a plus for our family as well. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Great family trip

We had a great family trip! There was some confusion about what beds were in each room. We were told that one bedroom had two queen beds and the other had a queen bed with a trundle. Unfortunately the room with the two queen beds was also the room with the trundle. We had to shuffle people around a little bit but in the end everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. We loved the location. We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of commission, But we understand that's not really something the owner can control.
