Welcome to Island Sand Dollar!

A 3BR/2BA cozy, one-level beach cottage that sleeps up to 9 total guests, Island Sand Dollar is updated and offers 'Beachfront' views at 'Across the Street' pricing!

In addition to the best Gulf views, the living room offers additional sleeping with a Queen size sleeper sofa and a large, flat screen TV and DVD player. Just beyond the living room is a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and laundry closet with full size washer/dryer.

The West side Master bedroom has a comfortable King-sized bed with large, flat screen TV, Gulf views and a sliding door that opens onto the beachside sundeck. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with tiled shower.

On the opposite end of the home are two more bedrooms and a full bathroom w/ combination tub/shower. The bunk bedroom has a twin-over-full bunkbed and the Queen bedroom has a TV, Gulf views and a sliding door that opens onto the sundeck. The beachside sundeck is a great place to take in the Gulf view during the day and to count the endless stars at night.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower and settle into the shaded lounge area underneath the house with lazy hammock and additional seating, a great place to get out of the sun but still enjoy the Gulf breeze.

Beach access is directly across the street via a sandy beach path. Less than a 20 second walk finds your toes in the sand! If surf fishing, be sure to bring your catch back for grilling. We have a fish cleaning sink w/ hose and park-style charcoal grill for your convenience.
