The elevator wouldn’t work when we got there had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. The bathroom smelled terrible. The metal bed frame popped all night. Definitely don’t recommend this hotel

Breakfast was fresh and service was excellent. My only complaint was it was loud in our room due to equipment humming. Room 306. Air conditioning was great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.

This best western is really nice clean and a great staff. They have a nacho bar in the evening that is good they have free soft serve ice cream and coffee in the lobby around the clock they are remodeling or repainting the building and you have to enter the building in the back near the patio it’s not a really busy location and it’s far enough away from the city to get a reasonable price I recommend it for travel or stay if you are working in the area

This hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were soo comfortable. We LOVED the free nacho bar and free ice cream. We have made note to stay here again next time we are in town for multiple days. We had one issue that was no ones fault. The fire alarms went off. My daughter freaked out and ran off. The woman working the front desk was amazing. When the alarms went off a second time she again was very sweet and caring. Breakfast was delicious. So many choices for all needs. Waffles in 2 different flavors, eggs, bacon, quiche, biscuit and gravy, a yogurt machine with toppings to make your own parfet. Muffins, bagels, oatmeal, cereals, juice, and much more! The breakfast staff was very hard working cleaning and greeting guests. They kept the food from running out too. Ive never felt more at home at a hotel than this one. The gal working check in on 11/15/25 deserves a big raise and praises for her calm and hard working aditude. The woman working breakfast also deserves a raise for her attention to details and bright happy cheerful morning aditude.
