The first room we were put in the tv did not work. We were switched to another room. When my husband got in the shower, there was nothing but cold water. We also discovered no hot water in the sink either. We were told at the front desk the boiler went out. That would have been nice to know. If you can spam us with review emails, you could at least let us know theres no hot water!!!

We stayed for spring break here cause it had great reviews/breakfast.. the only down fall was it’s advertised the pool is open in April til September but was closed. And the kids was really disappointed when they didn’t get to go swimming

The pool was supposed to be open according to the website, but it was closed. Every hallway I walked was extremely dirty. We had dirt piles in the room. The TV had audio but no picture. The bathroom faucet leaked heavily out of the handle. The 1st floor had an awful smell. I had no coffee in the room, and when I talked to the front desk, they told me to get some from the continental breakfast.

Very nice and new feeling

New feel to everything. Large bathrooms will all new surfaces. Nice towels and toiletries provided. The breakfast is very good with a lot of hot and cold choices.

We were on the first floor down a hall with ripped up carpet and a fan blowing over the area by our door. The beds were nice but the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned. Towels were clean but overall - yukkie.

Hotel did not receive our reservation.

No fault of the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. However they never received the reservation from Hotels.com. We had to rebook when we got to the hotel. Thankfully, they had rooms available we did not have to sleep in our car.
