Staff was fine, the mattress was harder than the floor! And feather pillows? They are crap! I use to manage a hotel, the ONE thing every guest expects, is a comfortable bed and pillows. Nothing else really matters. Very diapppointed, will not recommend. No apology for my painful and sleepless night. The little sofa in the room, was more comfortable than the bed!.

There was no toilet paper, kleenex or body wash. We requested this with no response. We sent a second request and received the kleenex and toilet paper but no body wash. We bought our own. Also, we requested two extra blankets. They said they could only do one. No one was ever available at the front desk. Very poor service. Gave a second star, because they did give us free parking.

Loved the convenience of the Hilton app to check-in/out and use the digital key. When I did have to go to the front desk, they appeared confused with what I was asking (I was asking how to pay for the breakfast downstairs). My shower also had no conditioner or body wash when I checked in.
