No parking onsite. $50 valet and they are kind of pushy about it. Which in return had me parking 2 blocks at the parking structure for half the price. The front desk staff is very welcoming! The rooms are large and beautiful. The coach is rock hard. But looks elegant.

Amazing, clean and spacious hotel. Great friendly service. Valet was top notch and extremely convenient with the text hotline. Rooms had great layout with the bedroom and living room separate. The high ceilings were a cherry on top.

LOVED the high ceilings! Felt more roomy and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the shower VERY nice, and the pillows soft but supportive. The location is GREAT for walking around downtown and the view VERY nice!

Everybody was very nice. There are two things that did stand out. One for happy hour on saturday, we got there around 6:30 pm. There was a really bad mess with chips, carrots and celery on the floor, that looked really dirty. The second one, I had plan to look for parking near the hotel since the valet was going to be 47 per night, then i get a message telling me Booked a parking package? Don't worry, the Valet is on us. I was like ohh ok. Thank you. I dont have to look for parking. I get my bill at check out and I was charged the valet. I contacted the front desk and they told me That condition of valet being "on us" is only if you have booked a rate that includes parking. Normally, valet parking services are not covered by most hotels' rate plans, but because our hotel operates as only-valet people will generally ask us where the hotel's self-parking is located; which there is no option. That valet is on us very very misleading. They should not be putting those words in a text like that. Good stay overall just dont mislead people like that.

Although we were not able to check in early, I knew this may be the case due to a convention, the staff went out of their way to work with us. They were able to store our bags and go ahead and park our car allowing us to go to the convention and come back later for check in without an issue. They were very understanding, friendly, and beyond caring. The room was very clean and well kept. We have stayed in other hotels in this same area and this one has been by far the nicest we've seen.
