This has be our hotel of choice for the last 5yrs we usually stay 3x a year and have never had any issues but this weekend. Out of the 5 rooms booked 3 had roaches. Front staff wasn't very much help. Had to keep our bags on the bed praying we didn't take any of there unwanted guest home with us. Hopefully they'll realize that some people don't live like that and get that roach problem taking care of.

The place was horrible to stay unless you are only there for a few hours. No elevators, the hallways smell like dope no matter what, they have roaches everywhere, no microwave in rooms, only waffles for breakfast, toilets barely flush, bed is comfortable, air barely works. The only perks is being beside a chicken and waffle restaurant

There were roaches on the bed and in the bathroom. The bedspreads had burn holes and the shower handle completely fell off. The first room smelled bad and had roaches on the bed so they moved us. The second room had roaches in the bathroom and all the other problems i mentioned.

We had cockroaches in our room. We told them at checkout & they did reimburse us via Expedia (you guys). They said you will be the ones that reimburse us. Anything I need to do?

This hotel was clean, but in need of repairs. There is no cable TV and local reception was spotty. The room itself was ok but very basic. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shuttle to airport was very good. For the price, it was okay, but would stay elsewhere next visit to St Louis.

2-star hotel, convenient to STL airport

Affordable hotel near the airport. It's also very near major highways and a train track, and our room was on that side so it could have been quieter. When we first came in, the entire first floor, and a little in the room itself, had a lingering odor of cigarette smoke. I assume the entire hotel is not smoke-free. The large gap under the door to the room, and the curtain that did not fit flush with the wall, made the room quite bright after our eyes adjusted to the dark. We were a bit let down by the free breakfast - there were not even doughnuts, bagels or yogurts (although there was a waffle maker, toaster and two cereal options). On the good side, the price was reasonable and there is a free shuttle to/from the airport, and the mattress was very comfortable so we slept as well as possible given the jet lag.

For the location and the price can’t complain to much, do wish they would update and figure out a solution for the cigarette smell. Other than that my 24 hours in the city was a nice trip. Staff was friendly and helpful.
