Home Away from Home - Vacation Rental Beach Palms 306 is a Gold Tier Gulf Front third floor condo with a view of Gulf and our white sugar sand beach. Spacious Living area with contemporary décor.

Vacation rental 306 offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for making great meals at home. Two bedrooms and two full baths. The main bedroom and living room with adjoining patio. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations includes in the main bedroom a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed and a queen/twin bunk. Updated main bathroom has double sink vanity, a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo. 306 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Beach Palms Resort amenities include Front desk NEXT DOOR for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grills, free assigned parking under building (ONE space only), TWO elevator systems, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). It is a Saturday Arrival and Departure 7-night minimum stay Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, RVs or boats.

Family vacation 2024

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is a 10/10. Close to everything, beautiful views of the Gulf - very peaceful. All of the guests and residents were fabulous! So friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. The condo was fully equipped and had everything we needed for the week. Parking was simple and covered, which was a big plus side with the 100 degree temperatures. The only true complaints I can make are regarding cleanliness - I felt that there was room for improvement here. Not a deal breaker, but could’ve been better. Overall, a wonderful place. We plan to book again in 2025.

Spacious and nice

LOVED location and view! Condo was very nice and clean ! Was way bigger than I expected ! Check in and check out super easy. Only 2 things that we didn’t like was the Water pressure in showers could’ve been better felt like rain drops and the parking situation is TIGHT good luck! We lucked out being able to park in guest spots because the assigned spot we couldn’t even get into

Beautiful direct ocean and beach view

Roomy and cozy setting for our family of 5 adults. Hearing the ocean breeze each night was memorable. Sand dollars galore on the morning beach walks. Overall the condo was clean. You’ll need to bring your own beach towels, luckily the management company loaned us some. Water pressure in each shower is terrible due to the rain style shower head. Cabinets, counters and dishes needed a full scrubbing prior to use. I have recommended this condo to many and I would stay again! The Mgmt company was a delight to work with. The ladies were patient.

Excellent Sunset Views

The condo was updated, clean, bright and attractive. Late check-in worked fine. Master bed was a bit soft but not bad. Had plenty of bath towels but beach towels would be a plus! Seating on the balcony for 3 as you can’t fit 4 chairs around all 4 sides of the table. Higher, smaller table and chairs to see over the balcony rail would be a plus to see the beautiful unobstructed sunset views. Good AC. Fairly quiet building. Not many on the beach during first week of November. We would stay here again. Thank you!

2nd stay at beach palms. Good location. Condo was clean but needs more kitchen supplies. Also weather turned and pool was chilly. Property manager was prompt with response but was not happy that they wouldn’t turn on heater until November.

Balcony overlooking beach, easy beach & pool access. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Perfect!

So happy we chose to stay here. Everything about the condo, the view, perfect! Delivery from grocery was easy. Trolley wasn't as frequent as we'd hoped, so walked to a few places before deciding to rent a car. Rental Cabanas on the beach were reasonable. One elevator was broken, but really wasn't a problem. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful View

Beach Palms is a wonderful condominium!! We have stayed in four different condos in that building. It's one of our favorite places to stay. Condo 306 has a spectacular view! And the beds were comfortable! However there was a few issues. The condo was not very clean, which JC rental did offer to send someone over. The owner does not provide an elevator key which would have be very useful considering that's the closest elevator to the beach and the pool. Usually the condos we stay in are graciously supplied but not this one. Dishes are very limited and we even had to go out a buy a few things for our meals (steamer) and (pan). They only supply some toilet paper, one dishwasher tab, a couple of thrash bags and one rag. There are NO Beach towels or decent Beach supplies.

Great beach location with direct gulf view!

Great vacation week in this unit Aug 2022. Unit had excellent location in building, convenient next to elevator to beach and pool and direct gulf front views. Unit showing signs of west and tear but nothing that will ruin your beach holiday. Owners need to add more kitchen accessories, many families with kids looking to cook a few meals. Great Weber BBQs on pool deck.

I would highly recommend this condo! And I would definitely stay here again. Beach access was perfect and the beach was not overcrowded for the area.

Great place! Unbeatable view

We loved this property. The only issue I would say was it wasn’t super clean. Specifically the floors, dirt and lint everywhere. Feet were gross if you walked barefoot. I’d also add that staying here you need to come with some essentials I haven’t had to bring before at rentals. Like at least one roll of paper towels and dish soap. Coming from out of town (flying) I wasn’t expecting that. Other than those very smell things the properly was great. Everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Our Indian Shores Vacation

Great location. Very large living and dining room. Building and pool were great. Only need was a few spices (only pepper) and maybe some plastic drinkware that could be taken to the pool. Overall, it was great and we would definitely return.

Great beach stay

Very comfortable unit with beautiful gulf and beach views! Enjoyed beach walks, shell hunting and the nice heated pool. Lots of restaurants close by! Clean and updated unit. Remember to pack soap. Unit could have more forks and spoons. The checkin/out staff were very friendly and helpful. Hope to come back again!!
