Kaunis ja suoraan rannalla. Upouusi huoneisto, jossa saaren raidat sekoitetaan graniitilla. Ole saarella aika suoraan Sunset Beach, Treasure Island Meksikonlahden rannalla. Esteetön turkoosi avoin vesi näkemyksiä. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kuuluisasta paljasjalkaisen rantabaarista nimeltä "Caddy's on the Beach". Katso delfiinejä uimaan parvekkeelta ja ikkunasta! King-size-vuode ja kuningatar vedä ulos. BBQ suoraan rannalla.
Huoneisto on saanut loistavaa palautetta rantasijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta St. Petersburg - Clearwater Beaches. Use of beach chairs and cooler, umbrella, etc. Please feel free to use them around the pool and beach. They must be brought in after use or nightly.
Parking at the condo requires a parking pass that is located in the condo. Parking is enforced. A $135 charge for missing parking pass upon departure
If arriving after 10:00 pm please notify the owner asap because alternative arrangements will need to be made and an additional cost may occur.

We were able to get in the condo easily enough. The view of the beach was great from the windows. The beach access was very nice; we walked the beach every morning. Chairs, towels, and coolers were provided for our use. Parking was provided. The condo was clean and pleasant. The kitchen had the necessary appliances and all were working. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but it was very clean and everything worked. The AC worked well and there were ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. There were TVs in the bedroom and living room. The condo was pretty quiet except for one day with some major construction next door. I contacted the owner and they were quiet the next 2 days. There are some restaurants and bars nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this immaculate apartment in Treasure Island, Florida. Everything was spotless, and all of the dishes, furnishings, and decor were so tastefully and thoughtfully chosen. The beach was beautiful, and the sunsets were truly spectacular. Denise was an exceptional host and did everything she could to help us, always being incredibly responsive and available whenever we had a question. She truly helped make our visit relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend!

So many of the VRBOs have been taken over by 3rd party companies and those stays become more of a hassle with long lists of things that a guest is required to do and more than a half of roll of toilet paper is something guests have to provide. Denise makes it easy by providing so many extras that make such a big difference - basic pantry supplies (IE: spices, coffee filters, oils, etc.), beach towels, extra sheet sets, beach chairs, etc. The unit was clean and the view of the beach is spectacular. Close to many restaurants and a walmart for groceries is within 2 miles.

Jim and I loved our time here. We came in Mi-August Friday-Monday. Within walking distance to Caddy’s, Sea Dog Brewing, and Shrimpy’s - all so good! The on-beach location was so wonderful - we enjoyed the sunsets and sunrise walks each day. If you want more of a crowd, recommend heading to Caddy’s and snagging some chaises and umbrella on the beach. The Caddy staff will serve you. Otherwise, Denise has everything you need for a day on the beach.

Another great stay for (I believe) our 6th time. It was a bit warm with AC out (owner was waiting on part and had a portable AC unit in place) and there were a few housekeeping issues this time, but host was quick to communicate to resolve and was fair in compensating for any inconvenience.

A Slice of Paradise

We stay at Sunset Chateau several times a year. You just can't beat the the convenience. Steps from the beach and lots of great restaurants near by. This is by far our favorite unit. It's well maintained and the owner is very easy to work with.

Beautiful Views and Sunsets

This condo is steps from the beach’s and over looking the ocean for sunset views. The area was clean and peaceful. Close walking distance to restaurants. Denise was quick to respond and so helpful for our stay. Condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrella and much more!

Perfect condo right on the beach

Amazing stay with my husband and 1 year old! Beach chairs and towels provided. So easy to get to the beach, just walk downstairs and you’re there! And nice pool right on site. Low tide provides really nice tide pools for splashing and playing with the little ones or just laying in the water to relax. Would absolutely recommend this condo over and over! Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Beach Access

There were no stairs to access And exit the beach. You had to climb up and down a rather high seawall. Which was difficult for me since I had my open heart surgery six months ago. Therefore, I skinned up my feet trying to get up a couple of times. Getting down was a bit easier. I really don’t understand with all the rules about sand and water in the elevator. Why there weren’t at least stairs to the beach. Otherwise, we had a lovely time.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo. The owner has made sure that anything you could possibly need is there. It was nicely decorated and very clean. The owner was quick to answer any questions. I would definitely return to this unit. Sunset Beach is a spectacular location. We hated to leave. 🏖️
