Location was great. Breakfast service was great. Facility is old and needs repair. Room staff need training. Windows in suite dirty. Entrance doors need to be slammed to close so that’s what we heard for 2 weeks. Wifi was non existent and needs boosting.

It was nice being on the water. We saw a family of dolphins playing right outside of our room. The room was clean and had all expected amenities. The only down side was the the elevator was out of service, so carrying luggage up and down the stairs was quite the workout for senior citizens. LOL We would stay here again.

Great location!

We were grateful to stay at the Best Western in Dunedin. The staff was helpful and the local is perfect for a weekend visit. The hotel is older but clean and spacious.
