Pros:The location of the house is great. You can walk to restaurants, activities and the sponge docks. It also is large enough to sleep a lot of people. The sitting areas don’t accommodate many but for sleeping purposes you can fit a lot of people. The large beds were extremely comfortable and communication was great. We had to use both the AC and the heat and both worked very well. All TV’s had plenty of apps logged in and ready to use. One TV did not work which we communicated to the owner.Cons:The house wasn’t clean to the standards I’d expect at the price point you’re paying. There was sand in the refrigerator, ants in the kitchen and live roaches in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. I considered not worrying about the cleanliness until I had a roach on my toothbrush. The air vents were absolutely filthy, there was hair on the mirror ledge above the kitchen sink and the master shower head was so clogged we used a toothpick to open the holes for water to come out. The towels provided were small and hardly fit around your body. The dishes were dirty in the cupboards. The listing stated that shampoo and soap were provided but it was only provided in one of three bathrooms. The listing also stated hair dryers were provided but again, there was one in one of the three bathrooms. If you don’t want to play pass the soap and hair dryer, you’d need to bring your own.
