Very nice stay, would go back! Staff is very nice, it’s in a good walkable area, and the hotel was comfortable. Only thing we could note is the shower not having a door, little hard to keep things dry.

We loved this property and would stay again! Our only complaint was the lack of storage and hooks. There was only 2 drawers and a very small closet for a family of 4. Super close to the beach, several shops and restaurants. Plus easy access to Marina activities.

Room was spacious and clean , location is good ( 10 minutes walk to beach ) , roof top is nice little addition, bistro is good too , the valley guys are awesome. Now i left only 4 stars so management can pay more attention next time to fix problems. When arrived one elevator was not working. After a couple days the second elevator stopped working. Not good ! We had to use stairs and that was not convenient especially for elderly.

From check in to check out it was extremely nice! The checkin was quick and they were very nice and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The beds didn't have a single wrinkle in the bedspread. The entire room and bathroom looked as if we were the first ones to have ever stayed in that room. The beach was a 5 minute or less walk. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Nice place, good views, terrible customer service. We ran out of toilet paper and it took for us to buy some for our room because front desk said we would have some and it never arrived, come to find out she never told housekeeping. That has never happen to us in any other hotel in Clearwater. Needless to say we probably won’t be going back to this particular venue. Hopefully they can get that resolved for future guess.
