Such a quaint, cute place to stay. We loved it. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was so good. The rooms were cozy. There were many places to sit and relax and it was convenient to the beaches.

website video showed a lovely veranda with chairs which was part of my final decision to stay here....coffee early in the morning. On arrival the veranda had a sign posted that it was only available to guests with rooms off the veranda...the rest of us had to wait until 11 am. Disappointing particularly as I never saw anyone out there in the mornings

Will stay again!

This was such an inspiring stay! A piece of St Petersburg history restored. The food here was your standard fare for a B&B, you can order cooked to order eggs, omeleted etc. Fresh fruit was avaialbe and the coffee wasnt bad. The rooms are nicely appointed, the beds are comfortable, and clean. We were in town for a funeral and this gave us a comfortable place to land at the end of each busy day. I will stay here again. Thank you to the care team, for 4 days of hospitality and kindness.

For being over 100 years old, this facility was in good shape. It had a very nice size room. The staff was extremely friendly and it is located very close to the Pinellas travel where we went biking.

ADA elevator is next to the smoking section outside, not too good, because I have allergies and asthma. I must hold my breath while I wait for the elevator. Other doors by the smoking area are propped open and the smoke fills the hotel hallways.

Overall, a good place to stay in St Pete. The Bad: it is OLD... not old, fancy, and majestic, just old. The sink clogged up. There was no dresser, just a big open area where a dresser should have been. The shower head was loose and didn't work very well. It's on a busy, noisy street. The Good: the staff was FANTASTIC; friendly and helpful. They brought me a dresser! Breakfast was also GREAT. Jesus, the breakfast man, was friendly and helpful. Finally... I think I'll look for another place to stay next time, given the old, worn-out feel. But again, the staff was great.
