Blues trip

We were in town for the blues fest.It was a 15 minute drive.The hotel was clean.Staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was comfortable, had an issue with the air conditioner but it was resolved immediately. The breakfast was nice & stocked well without running out.Plenty of restaurants around.I would stay here again.

Clean inside and out. Staff was very courteous and responsive, including the replacement of an underperforming A/C unit. The breakfast, which was included, was not good except for the waffles that are a hotel staple. They were skimpy with towels, two of each per day. Overall, it was a very good experience, but did not match up to the daily rate.

Hotel was dirty! Sink plugged for our 2 night stay. Room dirty. Dust on coffee maker, phone etc. Terrible odor of some kind of spray used in rooms. Gave me a headache! Supplied 2 towels when requested room to be made up. Fire alarm at 5:30 AM when apparently problem with a microwave? Would never stay here if possible. Only stayed as visiting our Grandsons in the area.

Excellent staff, clean, great breakfast. The room had some issues (toilet paper bar was broken, no enough towels, shower leaks on the floor, show base needs caulking).

Room condition is less than desirable.

Bathroom fan doesn’t work (not fixed during our stay), shower leaks onto the floor (also not fixed yet), toilet paper holder crooked and the shower base needs caulked.

I just needed a clean, safe place to crash while in town for a day trip. My room was gorgeous and clean! Wish it had a microwave, but other than that no complaints. Devin, the front desk gentleman was awesome.

Nice Hotel

The lobby was clean and spacious. Front desk staff checked me in quickly and gave me all essential information. My room was clean and the king bed was great. I loved the bathroom design, modern and spotless. I did have a door slammer next to my room but it stopped after dark.

Have stayed at this hotel twice. Overall the staff, room, location and amenities were very nice. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the wonky HVAC system. Even though there was a wall thermostat, the unit under the window had to be manually adjusted as well. Not sure why this would be. Otherwise, 5 stars.
