Black mold and mildew in shower of multiple rooms. A/C vent had 2 small “swiffer” filters that were dirty. Mold around vent. The first room they put us in smelled of mildew and wasn’t what we purchased. We purchased a gulf view and initially was assigned harbor view. The pool and access to the beach were nice. Food was good but expensive. Chicken sausage was undercooked on the inside.

Poor booking

Got to the hotel, reserved a room days before arrival and paid in full. Once we arrived at the hotel we were told they were at full capacity and we had to sit around forb2 hours waiting on them to get us a room after hours of travel, very poor communication and service in this time period.

Beach was beautiful. Hotel staff were a bit rude except for the cleaning ladies. The valet was HORRIBLE. Literally needing to wait for our car even if there was no line. The valet guy would be on his phone just talking and sitting there while people waited for their cars. Also spilt coffee all over our car and didn’t think about wiping it. Just the worst valet service I’ve ever had. The food for breakfast was HORRIBLE. We were told there was buffet still breakfast but then during our stay it was “not available at the moment” due to them having a conference apparently. The shower still had blonde hair over it when we checked in which isn’t a big deal, sometimes ppl miss things or make mistakes. I simply cleaned it and rinsed it again. We did enjoy the beach and Starbucks partially on site. The tiki bar had good tacos. The sushi place down the street was also the best sushi I ever had

Definitely Coming Back! Spent the weekend here for my daughter birthday with friends ! They had a blast walking all around the area ! The hotel was clean and the pool is nice ! Jet skis are for rent and there are several dining options at the hotel and in a walkable distance !

We loved the location and beach but the resort itself was not clean. The carpets in halls and rooms were dirty. I was actually shocked by how unkept the resort was. Really needs a good cleaning. Our sink didn’t drain and there were stains in the room as well as large amounts of dust. The elevators had stains all over and were very unclean.
