The Office for Check in would be more welcoming if it wasn’t presented so Primitively. I was REALLY sceptical after being in the Office as to What our suite would look like. I was relieved to find it all clean and well kept. The a/c unit in the bedroom was problematic because it was in Celsius and my husband had a hard time getting the temperature set. We both actually were very cold all night because of that and there’s no way to contact room service for answers. At least when we checked in we’re not told of Any Services available.

Pictures are very old, not reflective of reality. Grounds are open to the public. Unsafe environment with sketchy people hanging around the gate & pool area. Save money snd go to a reputable hotel.

Great Spot, a Little Warm

Great place and great service and very close to the beach!! Only down side was that the mini split wasn't enough for the size of the room (suite). Also, there are cube block windows which transfer a lot of sunlight into heat, which is why the mini split couldn't keep up. Made a suggestion to management about just putting a curtain or blinds over those window blocks. That would help a lot.

The bed had sand on the sheets, no extra toilet paper . The front door didnt lock properly, it wasnt safe. However the property manager was very plesant and professional its unfortunately the place was not appealing at all. Needs alot of wirk.

Relaxing stay

We will definitely be staying here again and for longer next time. It is very peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious and very clean. The bedding and towels was of high quality. The pool area was spacious and clean and there were floats and stuff you could take to the beach if you did not have any with you. The beach is a short walk which was a huge plus for us.

The front desk was unprofessional and seemed poorly trained. The girl at the desk gave me a key to a room that was already occupied, I ended up walking in and disturbing random people, which was super uncomfortable and a big safety concern. The room itself was old, dirty, and smelled bad. The sheets and towels had stains, weird smells, and weren’t even white, probably so the stains wouldn’t show as much. The blanket and towels looked really old and worn out. I left the same day without staying the night. I did get a refund through Expedia, but it took few hours because the owner wouldn’t answer their calls.

You get what you pay for

So, overall my boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here. It was so nice to just be able to walk less than five minutes to beach straight from our room. Although, the room itself was alittle dirty. Some of the pillows on the couch were sticky and the bed comforter had stains on it that looked like some type of bowel movement. Besides that it was a nice and spacious place.
