The Avalon Club resort was such a wonderful place to stay. The suite we stayed at was so spacious, clean , smelled so good and the views were spectacular. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for us to use for free. It took us a few steps to get to the beach with powdery , fine sand. After the beach, we had time to play pickleball which was just crossing the street. Avalon even had pickleball sets to use for a minimal fee. They had covered parking which was a bonus. There was Frenchy’s restaurant a few feet away where we saw the beautiful sunset while eating very good seafood. Most impressive about the Avalon were the staff especially Ernesto and Karen, who were very friendly, and responded promptly to our needs and questions. We left a computer charger, and they had to inform us once their cleaner came. Very honest staff. Overall, we decided that once we get some time to go on a trip again, we would definitely come back to Avalon and perhaps book Room 504 again.

Such an amazing property. Great location, amazing amenities. The room was incredibly spacious and well appointed. Loved the fact that the washer and dryer was equipped with soap and dryer sheets. Such a nice touch. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Really, one of the best stays we've had in a long time.

Nice clean property. Not too crowded. Great customer service. Only complaint was the noise level. I heard everything in our space from a dog walking upstairs, neighbors movement and a consistent thump from outdoors while I was trying to sleep.

Lovely property! Clean, quiet, and units are well provisioned. Facility is well organized and pleasant. Amenities met all our needs quite well. The staff was helpful in accommodating a change in our reservation. The staff was VERY friendly and professional. Shout out to everyone who helped us when our pet went missing. Cheyenne went above and beyond with her help and understanding. All ended well and the stay remained quit enjoyable.

Great room and views. Very close to downtown Clearwater Beach. We did not have to use our car other than going to the Phillies games. The 5th floor bar area was a pleasant surprise also. Walk to the beach was great.
