It was great to be right on beach with awesome views. It was pretty clean, maybe a little sand on floors yet. I would not suggest this for 4 guests. The sofa bed is not comfortable at all and needs a new mattress for it. The king bed had some frumpy areas but comfortable otherwise. The chair in the room also needs a new seat cushion. I have stayed at way better supplied VRBO’s with the essentials like toilet paper, soaps and that kind of stuff. There were only a 3/4th role of toilet paper and the hand soap at the bathrooom sink was empty. There were only 3 towels for 4 adults for a 3 night stay. There were 4 beach towels for the beach and a few beach chairs. It would have been great stay for 2 adults, but not four like it says. Great having the beach right there though and would stay again if it was just me and my husband.

The location was absolutely perfect! Unfortunately for my husband and I we went during a cold snap , however we still enjoyed listening to the waves from our balcony! The view was great! We were provided a good start of things needed for our stay!! There is a few things that need addressed- the shower was not very clean, it needs a good scrub, the corners are really bad, and the shower doors are covered in hard water spots! Then the bed, it was so hard, I had a hard time sleeping and staying comfortable, I am use to a softer bed…I have slept on harder mattress before but I think this one was definitely the worst! Even with the few things that need addressed we had a nice stay, I wished it was warmer for us but that is a chance you take!
We walked the beach and found this horseshoe crab!

First of all, I had emailed to see if perhaps we could check in a day earlier and I did not receive a response back. The first thing we noticed as we walked into the unit was the bathroom sink cabinet was rotted at the bottom. The bathroom over all was in need of repair due to multiple mold areas and the exhaust fan not working. The pictures did not represent the condition of the unit. The furniture was tired and needed to be replaced as some of the pieces were broken. Most concerning was the absence of a working smoke detector. We were so disappointed we left a day early.

Perfect view of the beach! The condo was clean, the king bed was comfortable and I loved the walk-in shower!The condo was close to restaurants and a grocery store. The staff was professional. Not more to say. I will definitely book again.

The host was accommodating to all our requests, and the stay was in a perfect spot on the beach! We enjoyed all of the hotel amenities (Tiki Bar, free parking, direct beach access, and more!) Comfortable bed and spacious room for two people. The pretty LED lights featured in the photos online did not appear to be working while we were there, but that did not significantly impact our stay at all.

The view was amazing. A little too far to the beach and you can't really hear the waves from the balcony. The door leading into the room was very drafty. It was windy the entire weekend and all you could hear was the wind howl through the door and the traffic. It was easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The ladies in the office were very pleasant. We flew in early that morning and spent the day exploring but the host let us check in early since the room was ready and we had to leave early Sunday. Overall, it was pleasant.

Nice Condo, clean room, great view. The beach was lovely. The mattress on the sofa bed was very thin. They were refinishing the stairwells while we were there, so it was noisy during the day.

Simply paradise! This was our second stay, and we have already started our countdown for next year. Had an issue and messaged maintenance- very responsive and helpful. The room is perfect, the view is amazing, and the staff is so friendly. We love everything about it. Only suggestion I would make is a small inexpensive upright or dust buster would come handy:) We also left 2 new chairs for the next occupants. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do.

Perfect ocean view, room was as stated in photos. Nice quiet area. Had one small mishap with the door, the batteries in the key went out. After contacting the host and maintenance, it was quickly resolved and there were no more issues. Covered parking is nice. There are beach chairs, umbrella and pool noodles in the room to use. You can also rent cabanas and chairs on the beach and it’s reasonable rates. They also allow to rent for several hours or all day.

Easy check in, easy beach access. Floors in the room were filthy…even after we reported it, the guy that came to mop and clean restroom had no idea what he was doing. The pictures are after he supposedly cleaned it again. Dishes could be updated. Parking was a joke. We will not be back.
