Overall the condo was very good. The couches could use a good cleaning as they were a little dingy. But, we had a relaxing stay and would certainly consider staying there again. Late in the week there was a very bad issue with mosquitos on the condo grounds. Perhaps the property manager could spray a little better for insects/bugs.

Overall the stay was great! Good location, convenient parking and access to unit. Spacious unit - 3 beds/3bath. Nice furniture in bedrooms and dining. Living room area was nice with exception that love seat could use a cleaning and sofa was not very comfortable. Outdoor patio had convenient stair access to beach. Kitchen was nice and well supplied, but a few things could have used some extra cleaning. Staff were friendly. Points available for beach gear were an added bonus. Would definitely stay at this complex again.

Easy access to the pool, especially since the first floor has stairs leading directly to the courtyard. Clean, spacious, as described. Keyless entry super easy and user friendly. Family friendly property. Beds super comfortable! Wish they would allow our bigger dog as the beach is dog friendly!

Wonderful Vacation

The unit was well appointed and beautifully decorated! We had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and enormous beach. We especially enjoyed having the stairs to the balcony. It was our first visit to Saint Simons and we are already planning to come back next year!

Great family beach vacation

We enjoyed the St Simons Island Grand for its location on the beach, pool and easy access to : fo / from I’m the beach. The living area and eating area wer spacious. The condo was freezing though - had to keep cranking up the AC and even at 75 it was still freezing. . The place was nice including a spacious outdoor deck/ balcony. My biggest complaint were the beds - they felt like trampolines. Probably some little kids have jumped on these beds and ruined them. My back feels messed up after sleeping there for a few days. We would rent there again, just maybe not this particular unit.
