The Coast Cottage community provides a quaint, charming atmosphere for your beach vacation. A single street lined with picturesque beach cottages ends with an oceanfront community pool, pavilion and boardwalk directly to the beach. The community features an oceanfront swimming pool, private beach access, and uniquely designed, colorful beach cottages.

Only one of three oceanfront cottages in Coast Cottages, Seagate offers breath-taking views from many rooms inside the home as well as the balconies and rooftop deck. You will also enjoy the convenience of being steps away from the community pool and the private boardwalk to the beach.
With four bedrooms and three baths, Seagate comfortably sleeps 8. The first bedroom upon entering the home features two twin beds with TV perfect for the little ones! Just across the hall Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed and mounted TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom making it ideal for siblings or families traveling with children. Bedroom 3 has a comfortable king bed with its own private en suite bath and a flat screen TV. The master suite occupies the entire third floor, features a king size bed, full bath with double vanity, separate shower and a claw foot slipper tub. Relax in your private sitting area with flat screen TV and an ocean view balcony where you can watch the sunrise over morning coffee.

The kitchen, living and dining areas are all on the middle floor, each floor also has access to a balcony. The kitchen is recently updated and fully equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect, including a double oven, gas range and granite counters. The living room is beautifully furnished and features a fireplace, flat screen TV, Blue-ray DVD & wireless internet. The dining room overlooks the pools, pavilion and St. Simons shoreline with breezy balconies off either side, with one for outdoor dining. The home is equipped with every convenience you can imagine, including a 3-stop elevator, 5 flat screen TV's, blue ray DVD, gas grill, high quality water dispenser, ice maker, and lots more. Enjoy Hulu Live TV on all TVs through out the house in the place of traditional cable.

Please note that this property does have a doorbell camera for security purposes. Also, thermostats can not be set lower than 70 degrees.

The community pool is heated from Friday through Sunday from the end of September until mid-May, as well as many holiday weeks. Other days, the pool may be heated with prior request for $50 per day. Please inquire for details.

Grateful for a delightful stay - a lovely place to reset after the holidays and gear up for the new year. We loved all the special amenities of the excellent coffee maker and water purification, nice TVs in the home. Very comfortable and we had a lot of fun setting our New Years goals on the rooftop overlooking the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was amazing! Loved the location next to the pool and the ocean! We also loved the rooftop porch area and master view as it looked perfectly over the ocean and pool! The whole home was comfortable and user friendly all the way around! The only down side was we felt like was there could have been more towels for the bathrooms.

Great stay at a lovely place

My husband and I and our 3 little ones had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. We were steps from the beach and easily moved back and forth between beach, pool, and home. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed upon our arrival. We'd definitely stay here again.

The best time!!!

We stayed here over Spring break which is always a mixed bag of weather but we had the absolute best time. The house was beautiful and all the outdoor areas provided such great spaces for everyone to relax. We had everything we needed for a great week. All the communication was great to allow us a very smooth week. The community pool was perfectly warmed. And the kids had a great time. We enjoyed all the beach walks and great local restaurants. We have already looked at when we come back! Thanks for taking care of this stressed out mom to have the most relaxing time.

Family holiday get together

We stayed in this property the first week of January and couldn't have been happier with our stay. There was communication with the property managers before our stay letting us know of favorite activities and restaurants we should try. The property itself is wonderful! It's a short walk to the beach, close to a walking/cycling path to the shops and restaurants and very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had 5 adults and 1 toddler. The house was a great fit. Easy access to the beach and the pool. And a great view to wake up to. Very peaceful and relaxing. The top open air deck was amazing at night for star gazing! The kitchen was very well stocked for all your cooking needs. We even had a seafood boil one night. Also, we had a couple of repair issues that were attended to very promptly. Carey Crosby with the Management co. was super helpful before and during our stay. Thanks for a great stay.

Fabulous location

Our stay in St. Simons was wonderful. With older children we loved the master bedroom that was separated from the first floor bedrooms by the 2nd floor kitchen and family room. Location was convenient to the beach and pool as well as to the many wonderful restaurants in the area. The home had sufficient kitchen supplies and the size was more than ample for a family of 5. We would most definately return in the future!

Perfect for two families right on the beach

There are basically 2 master bedrooms with a large main level. The ice maker in the wet bar was so helpful to have when filling up coolers. Would stay here again!

Great Property and Location - We Had 1 Problem Though

As advertised it is a very nice property and location. Lots of outdoor seating options and very light inside on all levels. Photos are accurate. So the problem.... The house is very wired as mentioned in the listing which is great.They have left pretty detailed instructions on operating each of the things throughout the house and I'm in software so fine. That's all great...unless Internet goes down or worse. In our case for the first 24 hours there was basically no electricity on the main floor front side of the house, where the Internet is located. It did appear this was more due to not regularly maintaining the wiring than a 1 time event as the wires had gone bad according to electrician and the box did seem pretty old. So upon moving in we spent hr or so trying to get television to come on. The wifi was working but a few other items didn't seem to be. I've since learned the elec was operating at a very low % when we got there so the dimmed lights and fact that we couldnt seem to get tv or music were because there wasn't enough electric juice and not because we weren't following the instructions. Next morning the electricity was completely out in that part of the house. No wifi means no (tv, music, Internet), water machine out and lights. One of our guests had work that morning and had tested wifi night before with full computer setup. Now that it was out she had to scurry to find library (closed) then Starbucks down street to spend the morning with a tablet to try to work. Maintenance came quickly who had to call outside electricians who also came within 2 hrs and got elec back up, maybe, by 1pm. BUT the big missing piece was this going out was like removing a car battery. Eveything gets reset. Elec strips were off, tv was looking for a wired connection, music system off, etc. They don't have inst for reconfiguring all of that and dont want us messing with the wires, which makes TOTAL sense given the complexity so someone needed to reset all of that. We didn't know it was all not working till got home that night after 9pm and not a 24 hr emer so not calling that plus they wouldn't have known either. Only there 3 nights so next day wasn't worth it. So aside from wifi we didn't get to use music, tv in any of the rooms at all during stay. Lights did dim again so may not be fully fixed. That and someone had dogs at one point and the landscapers arent cleaning out back so I had a lot of surprises to clean up when went to use the bbq out back

Exactly what we needed

The Property was fantastic and met all of out expectations. It was an excellent location, we were able to go to the beach at least 2x a day, which may have spoiled our 3 year old. The kitchen was wonderful, it had everything that we needed and a few things we didn't know we did, the water filter machine was a smart and often used addition.
