Loved the lobby setup. My room was clean and looked updated and well maintained. I also noted an unusually large room. My room felt huge. The front desk personnel were courteous and professional during check-in and out.

Hot water did not work for over a hour Maintenance came up and verified not working then tested room across same thing. After 1.5 hours I got results . We were late to work and it just started off the time not great.

This hotel was a surprising gem. The lobby is even more beautiful in person, and the rooms are also very nice and cozy. The room decor was a nice touch and our room overlooked the atrium. The staff was also very nice and helpful! They had a few amenities that I wish we tried like the pool and the movie theater, but I'm sure I'd rate them both highly if we did. We would definitely return!

We could not get the thermostat below 65 when we went to bed (we like to sleep cool) - upon check out we told the front desk clerk and she said she would look into it. That was our only complaint
