STAFF IS HORRIBLE. Specifically the main old guy in the front from 8am-8Pm. I have a video of him threatening me. Doesn’t want to help. Had an incident happened and he refused to report it to his manager and instead got the cops on phone asking “am I scared” and the cops said he’s in the wrong for wrong customer service and that’s not how they’re used. They also did construction right under my room at 6 am and didn’t notify anyone, turned off all water and didn’t say anything, and when asked to change rooms lied and said there were none until I demanded my refund. DO NOT STAY! He refuses for you to talk to anyone and is bringing the company down. Will file an officially complaint with cops.

Nice personnel. 24/7 manned office. The room was spotless, microwave, frig, TV, hairdryer, heat or a/c, lots of light, etc and everything about my stay was A-1. Great location and affordable rates. EXCEPT I was on bottom floor and Lord knows who/what was above me but so loud walking on floor etc. Could even hear him pee.

This is a terrible motel. The room was clean however the towel were too small to fit an average person, The beds were so bad you could feel the springs. The shower was smaller than a cruise ship. The soap and shampoo dispensers did not work. The place has hookers walking around all night doing business. If you are looking for a place to lay your head for 1 night and don't care about any of this stuff there are much cheaper places. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they are looking for a hooker. If that is what you are looking for, this place is perfect!

2 stars isn’t for me.

Thin walls, ceiling, and towels. Clean sheets and towels. Fan/blower in ceiling open. Overall felt sketchy - parking tight - and wondered about whether some folks are living there. Old reviews commented on carpeting - my room had LVT. Didn’t sit on couch. Old motel. $130 felt overpriced.

Maybe it was the yelling in the parking lot outside our room around midnight or maybe it was the non stop pounding from the room above us. It sounded like someone kept dropping a bag of bowling balls over us and chased them around only to drop them again. This continued until about 9am. Maybe it was the sketchy people knocking on room doors next to us at all hours or the socks hanging off the railing on the second floor. We were supposed to stay two nights. We could only tolerate one. To be fair, the room was reasonably clean and the staff was nice enough but I found myself peeking out the window wondering what was going on outside the room too much for $400+.

Ok motel stay for one night however there was dirt in the corners of the bathroom, no fan in the bathroom, lighting that hurt the eyes (bad kelvin choice of bulbs), and expensive for what we received including $15 surcharge for 3rd person in a room that had two king beds.

I found a dirty used needle in my room. When I addressed to the staff about it, they barely even wanted to give me a refund. They gave me $50. I could’ve stepped on it and got sick. Absolutely disgusting.
