Check in staff was great: friendly and efficient. My room was well stocked and everything functioned pretty well. However I was not thrilled with the air conditioner/heating unit near the bathroom: could not really feel it.

Little or no amenities

My stay would have been excellent because my room was clean and comfortable. However, my room location was very noisy because the hotel is located at a very well traveled street and intersection. Noisy with car engines revving and motorcycles speeding until early into the morning. There are literally no toiletries. Only bar hand soap. I had to walk to office to get a hair dryer, no iron, no microwave, no refrig. Barh towels were thin and small.

They did not g9ve us a non smoking room although we booked for a non smoking room Front desk clerk said it was first come first served, even with walk ins. Therefore we canceled and made them give us written invoice that they are NOT charging us .
