Clean and comfortable. Small bathroom with very low toilet but everything met our needs. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included. Breakfast items included waffles, bagels, muffins, and cold cereal. Instant oatmeal and yogurt available. Lots of food options for dinner just a short drive away.

It’s ok for the price. Breakfast is simple with no hot foods. Waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, milk, juices. The shower water pressure is the low point: as weak as my will to go to the gym.

Place is no frills but very clean and Staff at location are one of the nicest we’ve encountered in state college PA. Specifically, Sean the manager. Always had a smile and ready to assist.

I stayed in this hotel two years ago while touring Penn State with my daughter and again this year with my son. The location is great, the room is clean, and the kids liked the breakfast.

Michael at the reception was extremely helpful and kind. Any problem was no problem to him. We were visiting family so didn't stay much in the hotel. Maybe they could improve on breakfast choices. Breakfast kind of simple and every hotel we stayed over two wks was pretty much the same.Eating out of paper plates with plastic fork and knife. All foid defrosted, bagels, waffles and mini muffins you can't eat every day. Appart from that great hotel.
