Checking in was absolutely horrible, took 50 mins. Staff did not act with urgency, they kept going into the back room for multiple minutes after helping only 1 or 2 customers and then did not bother to apologize when I mentioned how long it was taking. Café del Soul was very understaffed. It was almost 45 mins before anyone acknowledged us to even take our drink order. Room was relatively clean but some furniture was broken, drawer and cupboard door. Hotel was a bit confusing to navigate at first since it was our first time here, maybe more signs where you can clearly see them would help.

The bed was horrible. No USB ports for charging, no glasses for beverages. Poor water pressure and water damage hole in ceiling bathroom. It was clean just not comfortable and no amenities. Won’t stay there again.

I have found blood stains on their white beddings. I requested housekeeping early in the morning, but the room was not made up. I had to beg a housekeeper to give me towels and toiletries. The mini fridge was not as cold, and the cabinet door wouldn’t close properly. The indoor pool was lovely and warm. Drunk friends were arguing, almost having a physical altercation, in the middle of the night. Elevator can be a headache.

The staff was very helpful and professional. We were met with smiles from all the staff we interacted with. Our room was clean and had a view of the lake and mountains. It was hard to pay a $30 resort fee, when then pool wasn't available. All in all, we enjoyed our first stay with Bally's and our first stay at Lake Tahoe!

I didn't like that only 1 elevator was working so it was always crowded going up and down. Our room did not have hot water so we had to shower with cold water. When we called the front desk they said let it run it happens sometimes. I let the water run and it only got colder

We’ve stayed here a handful of times and have always had a wonderful experience. For some reason this time it would loud at all hours of the night. Slamming doors, people running down the halls, etc. were staying again in December and hope it’s much quieter
