Overall it was good but the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, the floor was really dirty, it was sticky and some liquid was on the floor with some foot marks. Other than that, bed and blankets were clean

Had to call a service tech out three times. None of the lights and equipment was plugged in and there weren't enough plugs (missing power strip). Also TV didn't work, something wrong with coax cable. Finally the AC was really loud and didn't cool the room. The room was too hot at night to sleep. For the price with the added resort fee and parking, I'd stay elsewhere.

We had no heat and after complaining about it then had to ask to switch rooms, no one seemed to care. Run down hotel/casino, minimal staff and don’t have much customer service. The food in the restaurant was good, but very expensive.

Front desk picked up several times after I was on hold for 20, 30 and once even 60 minutes later. Nobody ever came day 1 to clean my room. I called and asked the front desk lady and she asked what I want and I said everything and she said why exactly do you want. I said again everything. Then she again asked me what I wanted and I said towels and she said is that all you want? I again said everything. Was a horrible experience speaking to this woman who was highly unprofessional.

We had a few incidents where the color of our skin was an issue. People who were not of color got acknowledged although we were there first. Staff are not aware of what time certain things are open. Our room had a loud noisy air vent, the supervisor did compensate us which was a plus. Other than that i would probably stay elsewhere.

-The hotel smells terrible in all public places. It actually stinks. -Staff, once you find them, are terrific which is why I gave any stars at all. -no curbside luggage carts - torn, and dirty, carpeting in the hallways(trip hazard). -loud obnoxious music upon entry -Handicap accessible room is not even close to being ADA compliant! I called the hotel directly before booking and asked if there was a grab bar by the toilet. Was told yes. There was no grab bar by said toilet. Entry to roll in shower has a 3" lip. & Tv, desk outlets, and fridge were unplugged upon arrival, in the handicap accessible room. Really! We had to crawl on the floor to find the plugs. -did I mention that the place stinks? It does, and there are no windows to open. Instead of cleaning the public places they put down a string horrible scent to cover. Turned on the a/c to freshen up the room a bit. One of the worst hotels ever.

The staff was good and pleasant but hotel needs a lot work. Not very clean. Elevator not clean and secured to go up to the rooms. Someone tried to open our hotel room a few times. The the heated pool was not working, full of sand, and the water was not as hot as expected. Heated pool in the women's spa was working but they wanted to charge me $10 to use yet the one by the main pool was broken. Kids arcade seemed like a scam.
