Hotel needs a major remodel. Check-In was awful; no one greeted us, not friendly at all. It took 45min! Casino floor was a bore. Drinks weren’t good. Room dresser drawer was missing a handle, fridge door wouldn’t stay closed. Housekeepers were very nice and helpful. Valet was good.
