The condo is 542 sq. feet, remodeled the entire unit the living room, updated the fireplace, over the fire place brand new 50' flat screen TV, new wood floors and has a ceiling fan and all new furniture (couch makes out to a queen size bed)! Patio doors lead out to a deck that has a great view of the mountains. The kitchen also has been redone, new appliances, new counter tops, new hickory cupboards, new tiled floors and all new light fixtures (thru out the condo). The bedroom also has new wood floors, a brand new KING size bed, all new furniture and linens, new lamps and the same great view out the bedroom window as the living room window to wake up to! The bathroom has new tile floor, new tile bathtub surround, new fixtures, new sink and vanity! The complex has a heated swimming pool and two hot tubs, has a BBQ area with two BBQ's and patio furniture!

The property had everything you need to prepare meals. We found that it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view off the balcony was peaceful and a nice place to relax. The pool is a short walk away. While there we had the experience of seeing a moose with two babies. Along with a bear running up the hill. If you're luck you will see some wildlife as well!

A cozy couples retreat

This was a nice place to stay for two people, great location for going into town and skiing. The King bed was very comfortable, and the couches in the living room were set up for spending time together watching a movie or relaxing. We visited in spring so had the hot tub to ourselves, but having two would have made this more accessible then some places even mid winter.

Just a perfect spot

The location, the condo, the mountain…everything about this stay was just on point. The Rockies is right off the purple line and only a few stops before you reach the base parking lot. The condo is perfect for a couple getaway and the price was very generous. Lyft and Uber were abundant but with a mountain price which is to be expected. The condo was stocked with pretty much everything you need to enjoy a full kitchen. The jacuzzi ( 2 onsite) were perfect way to end the day of boarding. Loved our stay and when we come back hoping this place is available again!

great ski trip

We couldn't be happier with this property location - easy walk up the hill to the ski area, also great pool/hot-tubs.Noticed the floors weren't fully clean (found popcorn around/under the couch), but otherwise great all around.

Great Steamboat location

This condo has everything you need for a great vacation in Steamboat. You can walk or take an easy bus ride to the Mountain and the bus is also available to take downtown and avoid the hassle of parking for a night out. Very nice condo that worked excellent for a wonderful weekend stay!

Nice condo for ski trip

This place worked out well for us while in town to ski. It was close enough to walk to the base, but with kids it was easier to take the bus that picks up at the edge of the parking lot. The only bummer is the loss of the shuttle, so going downtown at night means walking a few blocks to/from the bus stop or driving yourself. Inside the unit was as expected.
