This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We were told they had 7 rooms available and were given a confirmed room. Then, at 10pm the next night, we were suddenly told they couldn’t accommodate us after all. There was absolutely no communication beforehand — despite multiple interactions with staff. No phone call. No text. Nothing to let us know the room hadn’t actually been secured. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional when we tried to get clarification. Instead of taking responsibility, they acted like the situation was our fault. To make matters worse, we paid for a late checkout and staff still entered our room at 10am. It felt intrusive and disrespectful, especially after already having such a chaotic stay. Overall, this was anything but relaxing. We left feeling stressed and incredibly disappointed. I would not stay here again.

Clean, comfortable beds, great shower, pretty good breakfast. It was too loud for me, thin walls and a lot of door slamming throughout the night. There were some strange things going on in the parking lot and someone kept blocking the back door open and it made me a little concerned about safety.

One of the best parts of the stay at the Quality Inn is the staff. They are very nice, attentive, and helpful. The price was decent, especially during the heart of ski season. We enjoy the breakfast. This trip they had chorizo and eggs with green chili. That was a great addition

The first night the hot tub was ice cold but was fixed by the second night. There was a gap in the door along the hinges that you could look through out into the hallway and literally see the door across from our room. Had to hang a towel up to block anyone from being able to look into our room from the hallway. The breakfast buffet was ok, food was a little bland but acceptable.
