Check in w/kiosk awkward and took quite awhile. Employee supposedly in training. Cleanliness of bathroom average. However the beds were very comfortable. We didn’t even realize breakfast was an option.

We stayed through a storm where the motel lost power and there were no safety light and hall ways were pitch dark. We asked for a first floor room since my husband had an injury and couldn’t do stairs and we were put on 2nd floor with no elevator. There were no battery in our heat control and he replaced them with used batteries so in order to have heat we had to BUY batteries ourself. Wouldn’t recommend.

Our stay was ok. Noticed the dirty doors were had to use with the key card and the one in the back of the building is all busted and doesn’t work! Have noticed some improvements since our last stay. Go back because it is in a convenient area and the owner’s are very nice!

Visiting UW Stevens Point. Hotel smelled like Devils lettuce, no functioning elevator, room was dirty-I mean clean behind the bathroom door. The included breakfast was nowhere to be seen. Will never stay here again. Three other hotels in the immediate area, stay there instead.

Although I didn't stay, I wanted to share my appreciation for the kiosk person who helped me cancel my reservation free of charge when I needed to change the dates.
