It’s an ok hotel. Not great value for the money in Stevens Point. Breakfast buffet was empty of most hot foods both times I went. Bananas were totally brown/black. Room was nice enough but nothing special. Restaurant prices are very high.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was so friendly and helped with making sure we could check in early Saturday after booking our Friday night stay with a different room type. Great location with good food options right next door. Would highly recommended and stay here again.

Definitely coming back.

Loved hiwckean and that we had room to play cards comfortably with 4 in the suite. The chophouse ass delicious, and other bars very close by that were also great!

Beware of sneaky fees

Lots of added unexpected fees were added to my bill. Energy efficiency, city lodging, etc. Property is listed as “pet friendly” but hotels.com did not disclose a pet fee when I booked my stay and neither did the hotel at any point during check-in or during the duration of my stay. A $52.75 fee was retroactively charged to my credit card a few days after my stay and when I called to inquire about it I was told that there is a $25 pet fee and housekeeping “found evidence of a pet.” When I attempted to contact management regarding the $52.75 charge (DOUBLE the undisclosed pet fee + tax??) management did not respond. I will not stay at a Cobblestone property again; this is my second poor experience in 2 years with this hotel chain and there are plenty of other options.
