Room was spacious and clean. Closet was more/less a waste as the hangar hooks and luggage rack was in the room against a wall. Might look "modern" and was closer to the bed, but would have preferred to hang and store everything in the closet, out of the way. Great gym area, it's also available as a membership to local residents. Not an issue, plenty of machines, 24 hour access.

The room was in a reasonable condition. When you could find staff, they were courteous. I had to wait for a staff member for about 10 minutes before I could check in, I had to wait for a staff member for about seven minutes just to get a towel for the pool and when I checked out, there was of course nobody there.

Refrigerator didn't work. Staff could not fix it. Replaced after several days. During a 12-night stay, maids only changed linens once and washed floor once. Sometimes they forgot more toilet paper. Ice machine broke and we had to go to second floor to get ice. Elevator looked shabby. Staff gave us information for restaurant close by, but restaurant was closed.

Staff was the only great part. Hotel was out dated and dirty. The suite we stayed in had several things that didn’t work. Online it claims you have a balcony, but it’s not big enough to walk on or look safe enough to stand on. The entire hotel smelled like smoke. Online it said there was a functioning pool, but once we booked for a week and showed up, it was under renovations. False advertising.
