Don’t stay here! Everyone I met had a significant complaint. Dirty rooms, one woman woke up with a dirty bandaid on her that wasn’t theirs. The card machine kept going down so no one’s cards worked but this is apparently a regular thing. Staff was just handing out master keys to people that worked for every room. One lady said they gave her the wrong key twice which she walked in on other people sleeping. Homeless people in lobby. Mold in bathroom. Just don’t do it.

The pool was cloudy and very cold. The carpeted area beside the pool was dirty, food pieces mainly. We played there a couple times and it was never cleaned. The Wifi never worked. The halls smelled of smoke and there were no smoking signs up. Was very disappointing. We will not be back.

Loud neighbors. Broken shower. Keys stopped working several times. They issued me a “master” key which worked. But I assume everyone else’s master key worked on my door too. Didn’t leave my room.

The pool was out of service. The room key machine was not working so we had to have somebody unlock our room for us. The pictures online look a heck of a lot better than what it actually looks like.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I made a reservation, had confirmation number, and checked in online. I was on the road to Stillwater, and this hotel called me and canceled the reservation! I had to scramble to find a hotel room at the last minute at twice the price. Very unprofessional. You’ve been warned.

I had to move rooms because the door wouldn’t close properly. Both rooms smelled. They are outdated. The hotel has poor lighting. No one is visible at the front desk. Not maintained.

This poor hotel is in great need of an upgrade. The hotel manager was nice, but hot tub was filled in with cement, tv didn’t work, got moved to another room. Strange smells. The location is excellent though!

Very dirty

The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was filthy — easily the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The only bright spot was the kind lady working the breakfast area. I have warned others of the condition and I won’t be coming back. Wished I would have taken more photos. That valance was the first thing you see.

This hotel does need some repair work done on the carpets and in the bathrooms. Beds are average, not that comfortable. Breakfast is average. Hard sometimes to locate staff that is supposed to work the front counter.
