Ok to stay but check room for cleanliness

The hotel itself was nice, but I don’t think the cleaning staff does a very good job as my room still had someone’s bra hanging in it after my arrival… this tells me that the rooms are not clean very well

The pool is NOT heated. It is FREEZING. There is NOT a hot tub. They filled it in with concrete. I'm not sure if this always happens, but rooms were not available for several guests at check-in. The toilet in the room was missing bolts to the floor so was shaky. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Great lobby.

Got tot the hotel at 330 to check in and our rooms were not ready. Was told to come back on 30 mins and they would be ready. We return around 415 and still had no rooms ready for us and we’d then tools it would be another hour before the rooms were ready. Around 545 we finally got to check in.

Got to hotel at 5 pm. Check in was supposed to be by 4pm. No rooms were clean for me to check in. Hours later still no rooms. Finally they said there was a room available. At 9pm we showed back up at the hotel and they cancelled our reservation. Since l booked through Expedia they could not give me a refund. They also never go back with Expedia to confirm the cancellation. So l couldn’t get refunded my money. This hotel needs to shut down.

Mostly satisfied.

The stay was amazing. My only complaint was the wore out furniture and fixtures. The walls and doors in the corridors were scuffed and dirty. There were what appeared to be homeless people outside the hotel and hanging out with the breakfast crew in the morning.

Quick Stay

We arrived and were given keys to an occupied room. The lady at the front desk was more than appologetic. I understand things happen. I just couldnt imagine the people in the room having someone try to get in after midnight. Got a new room assignment. The TV had parental controls on it with a code that we had no idea what it was so were unable to watch anything but the news channels. Overall for the brief time we sepnt the room was comfortable to sleep and clean.

Shabby but clean and affordable

Check in and check out were easy. The staff was great. They let me check in at 2pm instead of 3. The interior is very dated and scuffed and scratches. There was a terrible smell in the hallways and lobby. Like a weed mixed with fertilizer. The toilet in my bathroom kept running unless you jiggled the handle. All that being said, the room was clean and cool and I got a great deal so I'm happy.
