The hotel needs an upgrade desperately. Albeit was a busy weekend but it is in a town with a D1 school. Wyndham needs to spend the money for a full renovation.. ROI would be expedient. Bring back free hot dog night and Karaoke!

This hotel has to be 50 years old. They've done what they can with new paint and carpet, but there's no hiding the age. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the mattress was comfortable. However, in our room, the fire alarm was covered by a plastic bag, there was no coffee machine and all the furniture was really beat up. There is one ice machine for all 3 floors and it was out of ice. We went to the "free breakfast" around 8:30 and not much remained. If you're in a bind, this place will work, but don't let the Wyndham flagship name fool you.

Horrible stay, we couldn’t check in because they had no rooms ready even though after 3 and had to be somewhere so we had to get ready in the public bathroom. We didn’t get our room keys until we got at midnight. No breakfast the next morning, not even coffee.

I know they were busy for the concerts but their check in process was unacceptable. First two tries to check in were hours apart and neither time did they even look up our name before saying our room was not ready, this was hours after the check in time. We weren't able to check in until almost 1am! Roaches in the room, dirty bathroom, wet sheets and bedding, broken door handle. Rude staff. Tried to give them benefit of the doubt with the event in town but even then this was horrible.

Day one seemed fine. The hotel was clearly ran down, but because of the concerts in Stillwater and the jacked up prices of placed to stay, we were very limited on options. Day two. We saw a roach on the wall. Grrrr. Disgusting. Worst hotel.

I ran out of characters on my original review. So, to put it simply, ew. Horrible staff, cold food, nothing in the room worked, pool was closed since July, the GM Chrissy told me she’d give me a refund and then told me she’d changed her mind. It was so bad there I ended up calling. I wish I could write my original review because it goes so much more into depth. Long story short, never stay here.

I understand finding quality people can be a challenge. Albeit, I found your staff quite friendly unfortunately they did lack in certain social graces. Maybe I should’ve stayed in a $200 a night hotel I don’t know, but you can be a $68 per night hotel or you can be a $68 a night hotel with $200 a night staff service and amenities. The room was clean, but the curtain furnishing showed age. The coffee was good, but breakfast seemed often overcooked and dry. Would I stay there again? Sure I would you asked for my opinion I’m assuming you mean criticism if there are any, I hope minor constructive. I do not mean for them to be destructive. I’ll say it again I enjoyed your staff.

This is a great option (especially if you’re on a budget). I had another place booked thru another platform and when I got there I found no running water. So I searched Expedia, drove over to confirm it was acceptable and immediately booked. Tranya at the front desk was so helpful and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. They told me the pool wasn’t available but I had no interest in that.
