Guests arriving after hours will need to go to the following location to check in: Please call on hotel door phone upon arrival (press B0013). Booked guests may check in at the hotel from 13.00 until 22.00. In case of a late arrival after 20.00, guest need to contact the hotel for alternative arrangements at least 24 hrs prior, also.note that a late arrival could be approved only if reservation is fully prepaid. A fee may apply in case of a late arrival.
To arrange for check-in, guests must contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests arriving after 8:00 PM must make advance arrangements by contacting the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in information and key retrieval information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used when booking the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo ID.
