Location is good. However the place can get noisy specially if there is an event across the street. The noise by the bar was going on until 4am in the morning. People were going in and out of rooms banging doors, walking up and down the hallway. I guess we were above the Bistro Bar, though we were on the 3rd floor, you can hear loud voices like nonstop-rooms are not not soundproof. You should think of all your paying clients. We stayed 2 nights, 1st night was peaceful, 2nd night was hell, unfortunately.

Hotel is very convenient if you are attending an event at the arena. Rooms are run down a little. The restaurant and bar area is good and I had great service. The front desk not so much.

Not good, rarely ever write reviews, but this one was bad – room was somewhat dirty, barely any amenities – workout room does not open until 8 AM, there is no breakfast or any food before then bash the store has some bagel bites and a microwave. They are aggressively marketing to as an alternative business called "university lofts "which also allows animals and people at all hours of the morning, which also make noise – terrible.

Everything that made this property worthwhile was broken or closed. No pool/tub (closed), fitness equipment works but old and the screens/displays were destroyed on the cardio machines. It looked tired. Dirtier than a 3/4 star hotel should be and the staff was either hard to find or thoroughly unhelpful. I reached out to the management but he/she wasn’t present on site and did not return a message I had left. I travel a lot(weekly business traveler), rarely complain and can muddle through most hiccups because I realize sometimes things don’t work out and it’s nobodies fault but this hotel is uniquely poor value for the price and advertised amenities.
