The Lodge at Spruce Peak, a Destination by Hyatt Residence offers 250 accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and free newspapers. Pillowtop beds feature premium bedding. The view was very disappointing. The decor of the room also made it feel very closed in. The alpine hall restaurant was like dining at a chain restaurant. I am not sure why they require a credit card for their reservation. Very disappointing stay! The valet was the most efficient and pleasant part of the stay.

The lodge and the surrounding grounds were immaculate. We loved the businesses, restaurants, and coffee shop options within the resort. I highly recommend this property as it has all of the amenities you want in a 5 star stay.
