Water not hot enough for a bath. I have a skin condition that requires hot baths, and I had a better experience at a cheaper chain the night before: nice hot water. Also I found the room to be very dark, dim gray and the icky lighting that everyone seems to use now made it even more sepulchral. I miss incandescent bulbs.

The room was big, which was great since I'm in a wheelchair. I had room to move around. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food to offer. There was always coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available downstairs, which was so nice. The staff was very friendly.
