Never changed the towels or gave more toilet paper. Never cleaned the room over 5 days. Sink got clogged and my sister and i were made to sit in the room for 2 hours while they fixed it and they refused to give us another room so we could go to bed.... Claimed they were fully booked when we could see they were not. The room keys needed to be fixed every single day so they would work. I honestly want some money back.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well lit. The bath is spacious and clean. And the bed is fabulously comfortable. The road traffic is a bit loud because it is on Main St, but by the time we got back to the Inn at night I was too exhausted to care or notice.

When we first pulled up, the manager was arguing with an employee or person renting a room in front. We got to the room so late. I noticed that it wasn’t the cleanest, went to the the staff requesting the bedding and room be cleaned with new linen for the bathroom. I was informed that since Covid, they’re not allowed to clean the rooms and proceeded to let me know that I was responsible for getting the laundry to the appropriate location to receive any new linen. I paid for my whole stay upfront and only ended up staying two nights. The door was locked before I can even go back in and get my second round of belongings, so wasn’t even able to obtain personal stuff. They refuse to give a refund for the night so I was not there.

There was stained bedding.. not to mention loose hair on the bed sheets.. the door to the unit wasn’t even attached to the frame.. you could actually see the outside ground.. lots of room for mice etc to enter.. unfortunately our booking was non refundable and it was late when we arrived or I would have never stayed their. I curled up in a chair sleeping in my clothes until dawn.. I definitely would not recommend this property to anyone.

The room was clean. The shower was a multiple head which was great, however there wasn't any self, or place bodywash or shampoo in the shower. The only person that spoke english clearly was the young woman who checked me in.

Check out is 10:30am, they DON'T have breakfast. When we went to check in, they didn't have what we reserved so we had to take a different room as it was all they had. Room smelt like someone smoked in it. The heaters did work. Food spots about 5 min drive away.

Grouchy manager in dated property

This is a very dated property with many upgrades but a curious mix. Shower was fantastic, but rest of bathroom not fixed up since sixties. Excellent bed and most of decor, but no thought to wall plugs or the antique heater left in the wall. Most memorable though was the surly manager who was not at all helpful. I finished the thimble of coffee their tiny machine offered. When I asked for more I got yelled at. I left 3 days before my reservation was over and did not ask for a refund from the miserable manager

Comfortable room with mild security concern

This was a motel run by a sweet family that were very friendly. The room itself was average, but there had been recent renovations and it was obvious the owners were keeping up with trying to make the room as comfortable as possible. The only major issue I had was that the door of my room didn’t have a door chain or additional inside lock. As a solo female traveler, this made me somewhat uncomfortable. Other than that, this was a fine stay in a town that is cute and has great coffee!

Thanksgiving getaway

The state was pleasant. The staff was friendly. The only thing that I did find wrong is that I didn’t need to use an odor repellent because the room is musty. I mistakenly booked here thinking it was a Hampton Inn but this is just a simple roadside Motel. The room smelled and the bed was rock hard. It looked like breakfast was “continental”. I decided to eat my loses and leave to go to a real hotel a few blocks away.
