Front desk personal were an absolute pleasure...the house keepers were a different story...I never got fresh towels or bedding even tho I was there a few nights. I asked and was told to go downstairs and ask even though I had just come upstairs. Other than that my stay was lovely

Extremely disappointed. Sticky urine all over toilet; sofa bed had crumpled used sheets with stained paper towels in it. Sticky substance on floor next to bathroom. Vending machines were removed throughout hotel after first night so water bottles couldn’t be purchased. The last night they finally offered water for purchase. Been staying at Hilton properties for many years but probably not anymore.

Large lobby area. Plenty of seating and lounging areas. Nice outdoor space along with separate smoking oasis. I don’t smoke but it’s nice to see they have a separate smoking covered patio area for them to enjoy. Clean room with suite options. I will be back
