The air handlers were very loud. My room was changed and the heat never went higher than 67. Room was drafty. The linings were dingy and duvet cover had pulls in the fabric and pillows were lumpy!! This place needs a major facelift. The staff and new General Mgr however were outstanding! I was extremely impressed with how responsive and kind they were.

Extremely disappointed. Sticky urine all over toilet; sofa bed had crumpled used sheets with stained paper towels in it. Sticky substance on floor next to bathroom. Vending machines were removed throughout hotel after first night so water bottles couldn’t be purchased. The last night they finally offered water for purchase. Been staying at Hilton properties for many years but probably not anymore.
