The experience was bad, I requested in advance when I made the booking to be away from the elevator, my room was next to the elevator. The room smelled like mold and musk.

Actually has quality continental breakfast! Out of the hotels visited in this area this establishment is by far top. Service is above standard. Staff is above standard. And the beds are beyond comfy. The pool is available. And the amenities are overall excellent. Definitely book if you are traveling and want top not service.

Very outdated rooms; cracked tile in the bathroom & felt like it was going to fall in. Curtains wouldn’t close all the way so we had bright lights shining through all night. I was not impressed with this property at all.

I have stayed in this place on three separate occasions going back to 2008. This trip was a three night stay. Over the years it has declined from what it use to be but is still better then some of the other options in town. The location of this place is its main selling point. The fact it has an indoor pool was nice for the kid. I would suggest adding a kids play activity center like they have at McDonald's. For me personally the biggest draw back was the internet kept dropping of while streaming a video and it will be the main reason I will pick another place when I need to stay in a hotel in Sumter. A positive is the room service was excellent.

When we arrived, the door to our room was propped open… that is a major security concern arriving late at night. The staff member at the front desk went in to ensure it was not occupied, but we did not appreciate the worry. Then, we found the fridge REEKING of spoiled milk. We were depending on a fridge so we had to fill our cooler with ice instead. Breakfast was disappointing- missing basic staples like oatmeal. The room was fine but clearly in need of updates. The saving grace of our stay was that the rooms were quiet and the staff at the desk were friendly.

As a guest I wasn't able to use the restroom in the lobby area, being a female traveling from Florida paid for a room and was told I could use the mens room is ridiculous and unheard of. My husband and I paid for the room it was so hideous we didnt even stay in the room we check out and went elsewhere in the pouring rain.

In a nice location with plenty of options for food and shopping close by. The hotel was pretty clean for the most part, I did find a bit of staining on the comforter but the front staff would’ve had no problem replacing it if I asked, I usually bring my own. They had light breakfast options and coffee in the morning which were decent but there were other options in the area. Front staff was approachable and helpful.
