Tässä kaksikerroksisessa kodissa on käänteinen pohjaratkaisu, jossa on suuret kannet - nauti upeista ranta näkymistä toisesta rivistä. Sijainti on kaikkea tätä ominaisuutta, koska pääsy rannalle on suoraan kadun toisella puolella; ravintolat, leikkipaikka, karkkikauppa ja jäätelö ovat vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä.

Kodissa on yhteensä 5 makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on kylpyamme. Master-sviitti istuu toisessa kerroksessa ja siinä on king-vuode, kaakeloitu suihku, jossa kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus ja 40 "smart TV. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa, joka sijaitsee lattialla, on kaksi kerrossänkyä, jotta lapset voivat viettää lomaa yhdessä.

Yläkerrassa sijaitseva keittiö on avoin ja ilmava ruostumattomalla laitteella, graniittitasolla ja keskisaarella, jossa baarituolit 4 hengelle. Ruokapöydän reunustavat penkit, joihin mahtuu 8-10 henkilöä mukavasti. Keittiön vieressä on kauniisti sisustettu olohuone, jossa on 60 "LED-TV.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta ja toisessa perhehuoneessa 60 "TV. Makuuhuoneissa on 1 king ja 2 kuningatar, jokaisessa on oma kylpyhuone, kannen käyttö ja 40 "TV. Ensimmäisen kerroksen olohuoneessa on ulosvedettävä sohva lisää nukkumatilaa varten.

Ehkä tämän kodin parhaat ominaisuudet ovat talon etuosassa olevat suuret kannet. Nauti auringosta alemmassa kerroksessa tai vain istu ja nauti kauniista merinäköalasta. Voit lyödä lämpöä nauttimalla lomastasi alakerroksessa lukemassa kirjaa tai vain kiinni unessa ylimitoitetulla sohvalla.

Takapihan aidan sisäpuolella on suuri yksityinen uima-allas ja poreallas. Vuoden 2016 syksystä pyydetään uima-altaan lämmitystä lisämaksusta. Ulkosuihku kuumalla ja kylmällä vedellä on kylpytynnyrin vieressä. Uusi 2016 on Tiki-baari, joka sijaitsee uima-allasalueella ja on lopullinen hengailu.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Holdenin ranta. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla ulkouima-allas, vesipuisto ja poreallas. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

5 Star Stay!

We had such a wonderful time at the beach house. The house was clean, modern, beautiful and the location couldn't get any better! Beach access is directly across the street. With two infants on the trip, we appreciated how family friendly the house was including gates for stairs and a high chair. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful place, great location

Perfect place for families with children. Nice lay out of rooms, amazing outdoor pool/bar area, directly across the road from a beach entrance. Within walking distance to playground, coffee shop, ice cream, and restaurants.

What a week

House was lovely, great location and plenty of room. Problems with door lock and appliances. House needs some maintainance, screws, batteries, light bulbs, etc. We cleaned Tiki Bar and put away pool and beach items that were left the previous vusitors.from previous quests

Girls beach trip

We had perfect weather, easy access to beach, and ocean view. Elevator did not work, and there are a lot of steps (a lot and we are not spring chickens!) I had to contact host at check in, but got in easily. Side stairs from 2nd story (laundry room) were great until the bottom steps. Last step is not correctly spaced which caused a lot of stumbling, and I did fall. Pool was chilly, but beautiful. Back deck/yard area very nice, lots of seating, and hot tub was amazing, as was the outdoor shower. Trash was not emptied and cooler was not cleaned either. There was a room with chairs, unbrellas, and beach stuff that was cluttered, so I straightened that up. There was a large blue bag on the porch and we had to make our beds, and wash all the towels in the house before leaving, which was unexpected. Very little toilet paper in the house. Decks were amazing. House is beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable spaces. I tried to reach out to our host with some property concerns, but did not hear back. We did have to take the trash cans out to the curb on our first night and before we left. Overall ok trip. Looong drive for the 11 of us, but a nice place to relax.

Five star!!

Our stay at this beach rental was absolutely perfect! The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, with stunning ocean views from the main living quarters. The highlight, however, was the outdoor area. The pool was large and crystal clear, perfect for swimming or lounging in the sun, while the hot tub was an incredible bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The beach was just steps away, making it easy to enjoy morning walks and sunset views. The hosts were accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot – we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful Time In Spite of Hurricane Debby

The house was exactly as described and the lay out was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the pool and hot tub more than we would have if it hadn’t rained all week. But how lucky we were to have those amenities. Great views from the decks and the pool area was really nice. Having an elevator was great for loading and unloading. The two sitting areas came in handy for watching different tv programs or playing different games. Would definitely consider coming back again.

Great property! Family of 9 stayed for a week. Plenty of room especially with the 2 living rooms. Great outdoor space with tons of toys for the kids. Had an issue with the downstairs ac unit. Shae was quick to help and had someone out the next day and all was good.

Family Vacation

This house is lovely. The kitchen is very well stocked. We always take a whisk…no one ever has one. This house had 3. We went to the beach daily, but the pool was the afternoon destination. The towels were plentiful and of nice quality. The elevator was a real plus for the grandparents. Shae was easy to reach and was very helpful! We had people from 12 to 75 and we all loved the house.

Location, Location, Location!

This VRBO was exactly what we needed. With every bedroom having either an en suite or a full bath right off the door, this VRBO perfectly fit the needs of our family. Located directly across from the beach, we spent every morning with a cup of coffee in hand on the top deck. The home is well setup with all the amenities needed...and more! The backyard is well laid out with a refreshing pool, tiki bar, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Communication with the owners was top notch! We'll certainly be back.

Perfection

The home is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. The furnishings, decor, and appliances are up to date. We were a group of eight and there was plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor decks were the perfect places to watch a thunderstorm or listen to the waves crashing. Between the heated pool, jacuzzi, and the beach across the road the kids were never bored. Within a short walk there is a quant coffee shop, playground, and basketball court. Shea was very accommodating. We had a concern and he came out the same day to resolve it.

April Beach Trip

Beautiful home, clean, comfortable beds. Shae was very responsive to all questions and needs during our stay. Very nice yard w/ pool, Tiki Bar, hot tub. Annual April Beach trip with 4 couples. Walk the beach, eat, drink, laugh , play games and have fun.

Family Vacation

The property was great for our family vacation! We enjoyed the house, pool, and hot tub! In addition, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals! The owner was very prompt in responding to our questions. The location was a plus too - close to grocery store and restaurants.
