The door to our room was open when we arrived. It looked as if someone had been lying on the bed. Not under the covers, but still. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work. The grout in the bathroom was crumbling, there was a sad lamp with a ripped shade. The pool was so cold my daughter wouldn’t go in. Overall, not a great experience.

First I get a smoking room nasty smell. Front desk switch room to clean non-smoking. The room was neglected maintenance not taking care of bathroom issues. There was mold in the tub carve in the caulking. That's not that hard to replace with new one. The housekeeper doing a half job at cleaning room. You can see the dust on the carpet by the refrigerator and particles behind the nightstand. Refrigerator inside not clean. Overall breakfast was good.

I have multiple pictures of the room when i first walked in. It was completely nasty. I would have requested a different room but the entire hotel was nasty and didnt look much better than the room. There was trash, inclusing a toothpick, on the floor by the bed. The carpet hasnt been vacuumed in god knows how long. I wasnt about to walk on anything without my shoes on. Dust covering the headboards and light fixture over the sink. Drawers were dirty. Overall, the worst room ive ever seen in my life. I really want to ask for a refund.

Our room smelled terrible, there was a dead bug in my sons bed, our bed had a huge dip in the middle you sunk into, bathroom had loose tiles and a dip in the tub with standing water. Tried to switch up rooms and even offered to pay to upgrade but was unable to.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, the bathtub while clean was very slippery. There was a grab bar, but didn't offer a feeling of safety.
