Clean, quiet and comfortable. Located in the heart of Sydney with choice of public transport on your doorstep to enjoy all Sydney has to offer. Staff were friendly and attentive. Recommend a visit to the Marble Bar to enjoy a drink at the end of a long day.

Great hotel close to everything

This hotel is gorgeous on the inside and provides a nice range of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar options if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel to find food. It’s nestled on th sidewalks of George Street and Pitt Street, and is literally across the street from all of the main shops and restaurants within walking distance. I can’t tell you how many times I enjoyed the 20-minute walk from my hotel to the Sydney Opera House, just taking in all of the bustling street activity. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. My only issue is that the bed felt a little too soft and uneven at the top, and the pillows were high, so I felt like I didn’t get the best sleep. Loved the gym and loved the hot stone massage at their Alysium Spa. But to conclude, this hotel is the perfect spot to be able to have great food and be close to the action outside.

We had a great stay here made better by the executive lounge use. The breakfast daily was also delicious. Only downfall was the bathroom was incredibly small and we also were not topped up with coffee, sugar etc.

The staff upon arrival right through to departure were exceptional! Room was amazing with a massive bath/spa and bed extremely comfortable. It is located in a prime location right opposite the Queen Victoria building and close to Darling Harbour. We used the valet parking and they were super quick with getting us our vehicle when required. Will definitely be staying there again!
