I enjoyed my stay and the reception staff were helpful and welcoming and were able to be flexible with their check in/out options. My only concern was the Birdie staff who, although were busy, treated me as if I was at a fast food line and didn't ask how they can help, just my name. The room was a little small and there was no view (I didn't mind) but overall, I was happy with the facilities, even though they were on the small side. The bed was very comfortable but working out the lighting system when I first walked in was embarrassing, and instructions would have helped as I was in total darkness for a few minutes. Saying that, I would return as I found the pricing reasonable and the location convenient.

I have stayed in this hotel previously as a Travelodge and a Mercure, now as a Novotel it is a pleasure to stay at, nice clean modern rooms with a nice comfy bed and all the amenities you would expect

The rooms are quite large, awesome water pressure in the showers nice and hot as well. The bed is a little hard but not too hard. The pillows are unbelievably comfortable, the only thing i would say could be better is the dinner menu. The room service menu is boring and there is not much to choose from

Right in the heart of the CBD. Very convenient for various purposes, sightseeing, shopping, dining nightlife etc. Only one thing was feeling annoyed with bad sound insulation of the building is quite bad.

On our first night, due to booking limitations, we were given a room on the second floor above the parking lot. Noisy and stuffy without the view that I was looking forward to. The next booking for another 5 days, I was able to get another room on the 17th. Thanks to Jackson I got an upgrade. The location was excellent. The staff is truly great.
