The female staff are amazing very helpful, especially with the need to swap rooms as I needed a shower that I could walk into because of mobility needs. Something that was requested at time of booking. Matilda in the breakfast bar is so helpful and welcomes you with her bright engaging smile. Reception (female staff) advised they will attend to a couple of our concerns and thanked us for the feedback.

Stayed 2 nights to go to Davis Cup. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Reception was friendly and helpful and our rate included a nice buffet breakfast. There is onsite parking - the spots are narrow and some a little tricky to get into. The property is located near the race course and Parramatta centre is about a 20 min walk

The hotel was clean but I was disappointed with the horrible decor, rooms just cold furnishing wise and awful pictures on the walls around the hotel.They should get a real artist to draw or paint as they are an insult to the Art world.

Had a fantastic stay at Nesuto Parramatta! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I felt looked after throughout my stay. Location was super convenient, close to transport and local spots, which made getting around easy. Great value for money and a really enjoyable experience overall.
