The parking fee was too expensive at $40 and should have been made available AT THE TIME OF BOOKING not after arrival and having to fill out a lot of silly details again which you already had. Conversely, the breakfast was pre-advised but then it was very reasonably priced. I hope somebody there reads this. Otherwise, great hotel and lovely staff esp on reception.

The room was basic. There was a fire alarm at 1.30am and we were all evacuated form our rooms- no apologies - no one ushering us to where we should be. We had a long drive and arrived late - then the alarm - poor sleep and an overall very poor experience. Don't stay here

The room did not match the photos advertised online. I raised my concerns with staff upon arrival, but unfortunately my wife and I were told that nothing could be done. The bar fridge didn’t work, the TV was very old with a poor-quality picture, and the amenities were not well maintained. There also appeared to be minimal staff on duty. On a positive note, the barman was excellent. However, the coffee was disappointing and really needs a trained barista. Room service was unreliable, and so was the parking. Overall, the fit-out is old and tired, and the experience did not feel worth the price. The food itself was fine, but it was significantly overpriced for what was offered. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here based on this experience.

Room view was amazing from 8th floor. well room was too cold, no room sleeper provided even after asking, one room chair was broken, not clean as 4 star hotel. Breakfast table were not clean, juice dispensing center was full of juice spill around, no body cares, I have requested them to clean the area and empty the juice collector. I orders fried eggs, the plate was not clean and not a single decoration, it was looking as if some one has just dump eggs on the plate. . Over all dinning experience was below 4 star standard.

Friendly staff all round, from the front desk to the bar and restaurant team. Only concerns were in the room where the bathroom was in need of some maintenance, the frosting on the window that looks over the shower and toilet was peeling away, allowing visibility in/out. Needed to use rolled up towels to block visibility in. I notified the front desk, so hopefully they action a repair, but it honestly should have been picked up much earlier.

Staff excellent, Room ok, odd Aircon blasted hot air into the room for 30 mins at 8am. Bathroom not good, chipped sink rim, lot's of mould in the shower, cleaning product residue in all corner's of the bathroom, lot's of flaking paint, so not world class. Trip hazard on entering the bathroom.

Shower leaked on the floor every time you had a shower it seemed that the screen had broken away from the bathtub. View was horrible with Jason to an old building next door. Neighbours was very noisy next door we could hear every word that wa spoken, would not stay again
