The room we stayed in was a great size. Staff at reception were very helpful and pleasant, lots to do in the area. 5 minute walk to the train station which was perfect. Overall great location, room was so tidy and clean. Lots of towels in the bathroom so we never ran out. Would stay again

Not my first choice

The hotel is about 2 blocks or so from the train station, so that was nice. The area is very noisy, so bring a sound machine if you want to sleep. The bathroom is outdated and all the water from the shower gets all over the floor. No shelves in the shower for any toiletries. Our stay did come with breakfast, so that’s a plus, but it’s busy so plan accordingly.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were excellent and attentive to my needs. The only negatives are for some reason the window of my room was opened on my arrival and some of the towels are not as clean as I would like them to be. Despite this, I will still recommend this hotel for as convivence of location and excellent staffs.

After staying in countless hotels over the years, this is by far one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. To start with, no bottled water was provided in the room — something I’ve never encountered in any hotel before, regardless of star rating. The soundproofing was virtually nonexistent; I was kept awake throughout the night by constant noise from outside and other rooms. The air conditioning unit was loud, inefficient, and barely functional, making the room uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were poorly sealed, allowing in drafts and more noise. Overall, it was an incredibly unpleasant stay, and I will absolutely never return. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and restful experience.

I love the blackout blinds they have here. Brilliant when travelling across time zones and getting a good long sleep when the sun is shining. Beware, this is a very tricky part of the city to try and park and it's very expensive. The hotel does offer a valet service for a charge, but if possible, you'll want to Uber or take the train. Hotel is only a block from Museum train station, so very easy to get to by rail.
