Hotel had no reservation for me. I had the itinerary number from hotels.com. Holiday Inn had no reservation from Hotels.com. The hotel was sold out. There was no attempt to find me another room.

Check in and out was flawless. Staff was great with providing with requests I made such as toothbrush and milk at night. It’s a very clean place. Beds are very comfortable. The shower pressure was great. And breakfast was very good. Clean space. I didn’t sleep well because of a noise going off at night in the room. I think it was the refrigerator. I did tell the front desk that following morning. They said they would look into it. Other than that I would stay there again. I would just check in early just in case there is a problem. I can then address it early.
